Christmas Countdown Day 24 - Advent Calendar Ornament

Welcome to day 24 of my countdown to Christmas.

It is Christmas Eve, and everyone in my household is very excited for the big day tomorrow.

Today's ornament is a delightful wreathe, inspired by this one I found on Pinterest.

Here is how I recreated this festive ornament.

1. Print out quad prints created using Club Scrap Digital Gnome for the Holidays 2013 + 2014 expansion pack. Create these custom prints using your favorite digital scrapbooking application (I use iScrapbook 4.

2. Cut out pointed leaf shapes from the prints.Arrange in a wreathe shape on a paper circle base.

Color the edges with Leaf hybrid ink.
3. Arrange in a wreathe shape on a paper circle base. Trim a 2" circle first and then a 2.5" circle around it using a circle cutting system.

I use a Creative Memories Circle cutting system.
4. Attach baker's twine for a hanger inserted through a punched hole set with an eyelet.

5. Embellish with red bow, rhinestones and punched Scholarship Red flowers.

Hang on the tree and enjoy!

Take Wing Green and Lime papers embossed with texture folders.
Darice Brocade folder - received as goodie in Tin Tiles Anniversary Collection
Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss folder
Tiny flower punch - unknown maker
Rhinestones from stash
Ribbon and baker's twine from stash

See you tomorrow.
